ANGELIC REIKI 1:1 EXPERIENCE
In a one-to-one Angelic Reiki healing session, angelic healing energy is channeled from the Angelic Realms via Healing Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and Galactic Healers. The scope of the session can extend to include multi-dimensional healing across generations and lifetimes.
Angelic Reiki is a safe, completely natural healing tool. The divine energy of Angelic Reiki, by its very nature, creates balance. It searches out anything within our consciousness - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually - that is out of balance, and therefore, goes right to the core of issues and conditions. It also expands consciousness and can change how we see/understand things on many levels including how we feel about ourselves, others and our world.
It can be used alongside orthodox medicine and/or other complementary therapies.
THE SETTING ...
The Haven is a quiet, relaxing setting where you will not be disturbed. It is a dedicated space where soft music, lighting, candles, crystals and incense sets the ambient safe space.
WHAT DOES THE SESSION CONSIST OF...
An Angelic Reiki session is offered to a fully clothed recipient who will either lay down on the therapy bed or if preferred, seated comfortably, fully supported, in a chair.
Angelic Reiki is often offered through light touch with the practitioner's hands placed on various locations on the body (more commonly shoulders, around head, torso, legs, feet). The placement of the hands should never be intrusive or inappropriate, nor should it be with any pressure.
N.B. It can equally be as beneficial if the recipient prefers non-touch contact, whereby the hands would be slightly elevated instead above the body.

The session can help with breaking down energy blocks, balancing the mind, body and soul.
Regular treatments can promote the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body. This can allow people to experience less stress, can enhance learning and memory, aids physical healing, potentially reducing pain and can promote mental clarity and focus.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A TYPICAL SESSION...
Well firstly, it would be beneficial for the client to come ideally with no expectation (if humanly possible), with an open-mind, as relaxed as possible. This would allow the recipient to receive the best from the experience.
There is no typical session, each individual is unique so their experience will be unique too. Each session is subjective and ever changeable as it is purely working with energy, however, clients do feedback some of the following:
- heat coming from the practitioners hands and/or at other times, practitioners hands feel refreshingly cool
- subtle pulsations where the practitioners hands are placed or cascading waves of pulsations throughout the body
- the feeling of peace/comfort/love/relaxation washing over them
- feeling of being in a different state of higher consciousness, simultaneously, aware of their surroundings
- a deep meditative sleep-like state of relaxation
- no real change or feedback at the time but afterwards, maybe days later, client have reported feeling 'lighter' in thoughts, physically 'well' and/or mentally and emotionally in harmony
- immediate release of stress and anxiety during and after
- deep relaxation and bliss
- better sleep patterns after sessions
- refreshed/confident/empowered/positive/balanced/motivated
Each session will be perfect and right for what you need at the time. We are energy, we are pure light within a human body (our vessel), so when working purely with energy and the higher vibrations, we get exactly what we need, not necessarily what we want! (again, this is why it is best to come along with no expectation and let the experience just FLOW x)

I hold group guided meditation evenings, a safe place to relax, and meet like-minded people. I am based in Worthing, West Sussex.
The evenings start with a relaxing 'Chakra Opening Visualisation' followed by a 'Guided Meditation'.
An evening of sacred moments for like-minded community to connect providing the opportunity and a gateway to journey inwards for personal connection, spiritual practice and growth, relaxation, calm and clarity of mind, body and soul.
The price of the evening includes tea/coffee/biscuits after the session too.

I completely understand how some people don’t believe or are very sceptical of distant healing reiki treatments. I have been asked “how can someone in a different room, town or country experience Angelic Reiki Healing, potentially on the opposite side of the world feel and get the benefits of this?”

Angelic Reiki is a natural healing energy that works on every level, not just the physical level. Reiki is used holistically to restore balance of mind, body and spirit whilst at the same time promoting the body’s self-healing abilities. Its healing energy works and connects on an energetic and spiritual level where the healing work takes place.

We accept that energy frequencies such as wi-fi and electricity are normal services we use every day exist even though we cannot see them. This helps us to understand on a level that we must realise that just because we cannot see it, does not mean it doesn’t exist….
We are so much more than our physical bodies…emotions, thoughts, ideas and beliefs all exist within us – they are energies and they affect our physical bodies. Our soul forms part of who we are but it is not a physical element.
Each person also has an energy body comprised of their:

ANGELIC REIKI connects us on a SPIRITUAL AND ENERGETIC LEVEL
The physical body takes in food for nourishment, the energy body takes in energy via the aura, which is broken down by the chakras and distributed throughout the body via the meridians. Moreover, energy vibrates at different speeds or frequencies, creating a field of pulsations or vibrations which can be sensed, perceived, or felt through touch. Distant healing works so well because energy is not limited to distance or time. Distance or remote healing as it’s sometimes called, uses energy that can take place across any distance to a recipient since energy can be sent via emotion, thought and intention – stretching beyond the limits of time and space.
The Angelic Reiki Practitioner acts a conduit/channel and tunes the healing energy to the person it is being sent to and it flows through energy currents that exist naturally. Therefore, physical touch is not needed.
