Fresh celery juice is one of the most powerful and healing juices – on an empty stomach it can transform health and digestion in relatively short amount time.
Celery is nutrient rich so is a great source of fibre, vitamins C and K, Manganese, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium and Vit B6.

How to juice it….
The recommended amount of celery to use for pure juice benefits are 16oz (equivalent to approx. 1 whole bunch)
Add bunch to juicer and drink on empty stomach first thing in the morning. If unable to drink due to taste, can add small amount of apple or cucumber but this will dilute its effectiveness. Then avoid eating or drinking anything further for minimum 20-30mins.
Any Possible Side Effects…
There are so many benefits of drinking celery juice with minimal risk of side effects. However, there are some people who may need to moderate their intake, especially those taking anticoagulant medications.
Therefore, it’s best to talk to your doctor and keep consumption in moderation for best results.
Personally, I have noticed how celery has assisted in the reduction of joint pain/aches in my knees and has made a significant difference on how clear my skin becomes when I regularly drink celery juice – it is a low cost health wonder and I recommend trying it for yourself x
