I’d never even heard of Sauerkraut until a couple of years ago, let alone believe I could be eating it straight out of the jar every day as a fridge treat!
I have found the benefits of this not particularly visualising appetizing delight so incredible I cannot see myself giving it up anytime soon.
For me (someone who has had a history of gut, tummy, hormone and health conditions) I have found since following a more holistic and more natural healthful way to eat and live, I have truly had so much more energy, clearer, focused and happier mindset, daily life is good. There is something every day to be grateful for right. YES indeed.
SO WHAT IS SAUERKRAUT?
It is a finely cut raw cabbage that has been fermented by various lactic acid bacteria. It is a naturally occurring process prepared without heat or pasteurisation.
