Protecting Your Energies

It is very important that you protect and clear your energy on a regular basis
To protect your energy:
Just by holding the intention to protect yourself in a “bubble” or “Orb” of protective white light makes it happen. This can be done by visualising, feeling or just intending yourself surrounded in layer of love and light. You can also ask Archangel Michael and your angel or guides to place you in protection x
The bubble can be any colour of your choice, maybe your favourite colour or a colour that you associate with keeping you safe x
It is especially important to do this regularly so that you keep your body, aura and energy field clear x
To clear your energy:
Energy clearing techniques include “cutting the cords”. You can imagine cutting the energy ties with the individuals or groups that you have been around if you feel that you have picked up any negative energy, or have been around people living in drama or gossiping, sometimes we can pick up energies of lower vibration just by going into a shop or supermarket, which is why it is important to surround yourself in your protective energetic “Bubble” x
Energy clearing is very much done on intention, so it can be very powerful if you want it to be. Other energy clearing techniques are taking sea salt baths/ and or connecting with nature (the trees or water) as this draws out toxins, also by lighting incense or a sage stick and clearing the energy in the room or around your body x
Take care of yourself and give yourself treats
There is a need for balance which often tends to be towards giving, not receiving… make sure you treat yourself regularly and accept other peoples assistance, presents and compliments!!! Life is about BALANCE and if this is not in flow, then your energy is affected and the universe does not bring new opportunities or gifts x
Wait before saying YES
Give yourself time to think before saying yes to every request for help about whether it is something that is truly part of your mission or your hearts desires. If it does not feel right in your gut, then do not do it. Trust yourself and your feelings x
Connect with nature
Plants and animals and outside scenery are a welcome respite from artificial lighting, electromagnetic frequencies and other people. Plants also draw out negative toxins out of our mental, emotional and physical bodies x
Connect with like-minded people who share the same visions, ways as yourself to “fill your cup” and leave you positive and strong xxx
